Vemica (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing products of the highest quality. This Return and Refund Policy describes how customers (“you,” “your,” or “purchaser”) may request a return, replacement, or refund for eligible orders.

By purchasing from Vemica, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Returns are accepted only if the product you receive is:

  • Physically damaged during transit, or
  • Defective or compromised in quality at the time of delivery.

1.2 Returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of our food products. However, we review all complaints in good faith to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Return Window

  1. You must raise a return request within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

To validate your return claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the product damage or defect, and
  • An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery showing the product condition and packaging.

Incomplete or missing evidence may make the return request ineligible.

4. Condition of Return

4.1 To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging,
  • In the same condition as received, and
  • Accompanied by all labels, tags, and accessories.

4.2 Products showing signs of misuse, mishandling, negligence, or improper storage will not qualify for return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food items.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or use after delivery.
  • Customized or limited-edition products (if any).

6. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team at kashritifoods@gmail.com or call +91 9611777892 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, photo/video proof, and reason for return.
  3. After verification, our team will arrange pickup through our authorized logistics partner from your original delivery address.

7. Refunds and Replacements

7.1 Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You may choose a replacement product, subject to stock availability, or
  • A refund, if a replacement cannot be issued.

7.2 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.

7.3 If your return is approved but the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

8. Return Fees and Method

  • Return shipping: Vemica covers the cost of return shipping only for damaged or defective products.
  • Return method: Pick-up arranged by our logistics partner or drop-off (as advised by our team).
  • Restocking fee: Not applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vemica’s total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased or a replacement of the same. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
